APOLLO

This is Apollo, a very handsome 1.5 year old American Akita. He is still very much a puppy & learning his manners. He is apprehensive of men but he’s working on overcoming his fears & will continue to show progress with patience and socialization. He is a big boy who loves to use his nose to try to open doors, nudge his people for attention, and get ice out of the ice maker! LOVES: his toys and stuffed animals & can play fetch for hours on end, cuddling with his people, car rides, going into stores, going on hikes, and swimming in lakes and creeks. He is a tall boy with very long legs so a 6ft fence is mandatory. He gets along with submissive dogs of his same size, but he’s still young so I would prefer he be the only dog. He’s good with children 2-18 years old. He hasn’t been tested with cats or other small animals.
